All things change. This always bugged me. Remember the swing set in elementary; remember driving our Chemistry teacher crazy for not following the procedure (and in turn blowing things up); remember cutting class in AUB? Now I’m a boring old mum, sitting at my 9-6, who thinks going to see Barney on the weekend is the most exciting thing since sliced bread. If anybody told me that two years ago, I would have laughed in their faces.
But change is good. It shows us how much we have grown, and how much more of our real selves we have become. While it’s nice to sit and reminisce about the days I was young and carefree, I wouldn’t go back if you paid me (plus, I’m secretly starting to sing along to Barney, too)
C&B has changed. The biggest change of all? They got me. Besides that life-changing event, we’ve all grown. We’ve gotten a new Managing Director that will lead us to ‘new frontiers’, we’ve started this blog and well, we’re all over social media now.
What needed to change? Our website. It was becoming archaic and outdated. Sure, it was nice once, but just because I loved my perm in 6th grade, doesn’t mean it’ll work for me now (that’s the reason I can’t ever become famous, if those old pictures resurface, no amount of PR could redeem my image)
What changed? It’s easier to use for one. You can follow our social media channels, and read what our clients have to say about us. There’s also a special section for featured clients where you can see the scope of our PR work. We’ve also done all the geeky stuff, like optimise for SEO and making sure its user friendly for all and on any computer. Then there’s all the extra features.
My favourite change? It’s more visually appealing for one, and I may be biased, but I love the new text.
